Was taken to Teazers at some point during my bachelors. No real opinion on them though, no real desire to go again, but can't say I wouldn't. That said don't think I'd just go to one for a Saturday night out or anything, for a bachelors sure but just for the heck of it I dunno.

I think most of the arguments against them are either religious or from the feminists. I don't see it as immoral so first point is moot, as for the second, objectifies women? I would think it empowers them.

So go ahead, if you are curious get a bunch of friends together and go check it out.

I've not been to a strip club, but when a mate of mine turned 18 some years back, his older siblings arranged a stripper for his birthday party. To be honest, I didn't find it particularly appealing at all. There's just no sensuality or allure to it. There's simply some naked skank prancing around like a mullet. She came and grinded herself against me and did the whole "sexy lapdance" thing, which was not very nice at all.

i think it's also the fact that there's no modesty in it all.

Same thing happened least year at a mate's 21st - The chick was hot as hell, but once she started her thing it was a turnoff. Good thing there was a single lady sitting next to me

As with most people, I went for stag do's and the like. You end up blowing huge amounts of cash on overpriced drinks and lapdances, and walk away feeling a bit cheap and nasty to be honest. I always have the morning-after regret when I think of what I could have done with the money instead.

I'll only go again for stag's and such, because I think it's rude/lame to refuse. Wouldn't go for a night out.

The way the current one is worded gives you the sense of disgust, but it shouldn't necessarily be the case.

Was at a Teazers for a friend's birthday, not that fun, I don't see the point. Friends talked me into going to Flamingos, one of the more dodgy places in Pretoria, hated every second of it.

Frst strip club I went to was teazer's about 9 years ago (belville), weekday, very quiet, until B-Real and the crew from Cypress Hill rolled in that is. bastard stoll all the girls for a private lap dance.

Numerous since then, dated a stripper for a while, good fun!

They can earn lots of monies, was quite shocked by how much my girlfriend was earning.
