Hi all

Some time ago my brother bought a G5 mouse through me from Take2.

So it happened that their cleaner put her broom in under his pc table and somehow got hold of his mouse's tail - the wire that is - and by taking out her broom she took the mouse with......so it slamed against the wall
(which is one of those raw glosy face-brick walls) as it went down at the back of the table.....

You can imaging how it looked .... the rubber on the wheel was 'eaten' away some places ......

The only thing i could do was to call take2 - where i bought it - and i spoke to Graham - told him everything
and i asked him if he could find out if their suppliers would help me out even if i have to pay in something......it would be a waist to send the mouse to take2 and back if nothing could be done anyway.

Day or 2 later Graham mail me and said they will pick it up. They did.

Waited round about 2 weeks and the mouse was ready ..... it was delivered after payment...R150 for repairs and R58 for courier costs.

I received the mouse and it was repaired .... the feet had to be removed to get inside and was glued back.

So i just want to thank Graham @ Take2 :02105520927/68 and PJ @ DCS (Digital Channel Solutions : 021-5518818) ...

...It was great that they fixed my brothers mouse even if it wasn't their problem and that is better
than buying a new one...... :)

I once had a razer diamondback die on me that I got from there. They replaced it for me and I got it working 100% now. Awesome.

Take2 is one of my most favorite suppliers. Not only for computer related stuff , but for books as well. I've made use of them often and have never had any problems with either their service or quality of product.

Their shipping costs are very low and extremely fast......... all in all good value for money :)
